Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

Golf24 is operated by Flagstick Ventures Sdn Bhd at the address shown below. These terms cover use of our customer website and the purchase and use of indoor golf simulator sessions. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling, and our Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund rights.

These documents are being prepared for the future live booking service. This draft is not yet effective. The current checkout is expressly marked as sandbox testing: it does not collect real payment or grant venue access. Preparing these policies does not activate live payments.

2. Accounts and booking authority

You must have legal capacity to enter a booking contract. An adult parent or legal guardian must make and manage a booking for a child. Provide accurate contact and booking details, protect your account credentials and verification codes, and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.

Use the service for lawful, genuine bookings. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other customers, manipulate prices or availability, or use another person’s identity or payment method without authority. We may restrict misuse, while preserving any applicable rights relating to existing paid bookings.

3. Service, prices and availability

We provide access to an indoor golf simulator bay for the reserved session. The venue, bay allocation, date, start time, duration and total price are shown during booking. Golf24 Hartamas is intended to operate 24 hours a day, subject to availability, maintenance and any notified temporary closure.

All session times and cancellation deadlines use Malaysia time (UTC+8). Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Rates may vary by time and duration. Any applicable taxes or additional compulsory charges must be disclosed in the total before you commit to payment. Future price changes do not alter the agreed price of an already confirmed booking.

Availability may change until a reservation is successfully held. If a price or inventory check fails, review the updated selection before proceeding. The website does not currently sell memberships, recurring subscriptions or physical goods through this booking flow.

4. Holds, payment and confirmation

A session is temporarily held when a valid reservation is created. The checkout displays the payment deadline; the current flow generally provides up to 10 minutes, subject to the session start time. Complete payment within the displayed hold period.

A booking is confirmed only when Golf24 verifies payment and records the reservation as confirmed. A bank debit, screenshot, redirect page, payment-link creation or temporary hold alone is not confirmation. Check your booking status and contact us if payment was taken without a confirmed session.

Online payments are handled through the payment provider shown at checkout, currently Billplz in sandbox mode. Only the payment methods actually offered by that checkout are available. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own terms.

If payment arrives after a hold expires or a reservation closes, it must be reviewed and does not automatically reinstate the session. If a live payment is verified and no session can be supplied, the refund provisions apply. Please contact us before making a duplicate payment.

5. Delivery and use of the session

The service is supplied at the physical venue during your confirmed session. Booking details are available through the relevant website account or WhatsApp booking channel. A booking is a service reservation; no goods are shipped and no delivery fee applies.

Arrive in time to use the reserved period. Arriving late does not automatically move the end time or entitle you to a refund for time you did not use. Any extension or change requires confirmation and may involve a separately disclosed charge. Contact us promptly if venue access or equipment prevents you from using a confirmed session.

A sandbox confirmation or test QR is not permission to enter the venue. For any future live session, follow the access and check-in instructions provided by Golf24. Do not share account credentials or booking access links publicly.

6. Venue conduct and reasonable care

Follow the venue’s safety instructions, use the simulator and equipment with reasonable care, keep others clear of a swing and supervise children appropriately. Do not use equipment if doing so would be unsafe. Tell staff promptly about injury, damage or a fault.

We may stop unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive use. Any resulting charge, refund or damage claim will be assessed fairly on the facts and under applicable law; these terms do not impose an automatic penalty or authorise an undisclosed charge.

7. Cancellation, changes and refunds

A paid session cancelled through the published contact channel at least 48 hours before its scheduled start is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that session. A request received exactly 48 hours before the start qualifies. Later customer cancellations and no-shows are generally not refundable.

The Refund Policy includes exceptions for venue cancellations, verified duplicate or excess payments, an unsupplied session and any remedy required by law. Changing a date, time or bay is not automatic; ask us and wait for written confirmation. If a new booking is required, the applicable cancellation rule applies to the original booking.

The website’s cancellation action currently releases unpaid holds only. Paid cancellations and refund requests require contact with the venue. These policies do not represent that automated refunds or self-service rescheduling are available.

8. Service issues and responsibility

We will use reasonable care in providing our service. Report problems promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to help. Internet, payment, messaging or equipment interruptions may occur; any remedy for an affected paid service will be determined under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Each party remains responsible for losses for which it is liable under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts non-excludable consumer guarantees, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You do not waive statutory rights by making a booking.

9. Website content and external services

The Golf24 name, website content and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the site for personal browsing and legitimate bookings; other copying or commercial use requires permission or a lawful exception.

Marketing films are illustrative mood imagery. They are not a promise that every depicted feature, person or setting forms part of a purchased session. Rely on the actual service description and booking details when choosing a session. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms.

10. Questions, complaints and governing law

Contact Flagstick Ventures Sdn Bhd with your booking reference and a clear description of the issue. We will seek to resolve concerns fairly. Contacting us does not remove any right to use a bank dispute process, competent regulator, tribunal or court.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Nothing requires you to give up a statutory right or use an exclusive private dispute process.

11. Changes and effective date

We may update these terms for future use and bookings. The version presented for a confirmed booking continues to apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Material changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate.

The effective date will be stated when the merchant contact details and final policy text are approved for publication. The date on this draft is its preparation date, not a commencement date.
